he Southeastern Colorado Area Health Education Center (SECAHEC) is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization, and an affiliate of the University of Colorado's Health Science Center.

SECAHEC serves a 16-County region encompassing 26,500 square miles. SECAHEC has a strong rural focus and works to support and enhance the healthcare systems and professionals in rural central and southeastern Colorado.

The Southeastern Colorado Area Health Education Center is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Provider approval expires 10/31/09.
