recognized
for
being
selected
as the
Nightingale
of our
region
for
2010. Ms
Tapia
went on
to the
state
level to
be
recognized
with
other
regional
finalists.
Pueblo
County
Commissioner,
Anthony
Nunez,
read a
proclamation
in honor
of Ms
Tapia
and
proclaimed
May 12th,
2010 as
"Eva
Tapia
Day"
which is
also the
birth
date of
Florence
Nightingale.
The
nurses
group
was able
to
receive
information
about
the
health
focused
programming
that is
offered
by the
SECAHEC
staff:

facilities

the
Colorado
Nurses
Foundation
Nightingale
awards
every
September.
SECAHEC,

the
Nightingale
Awards
for our
area.
